North Cornwall: Memorial prayers in Cornish for lost babiesSpecial prayers will be said in the Cornish Language at a Memorial Service to be held in Tintagel next Saturday.    Myke & Miriam Rosenthal-English,a couple from Delabole have arranged a special Mass for all babies who have died from conception to 3 years old.The Mass is also celebrated to remember all the grieving parents. The couple have lost two babies themselves due to Miscarriage.It was due to the grief and hurt that they suffered that they now run a Memorial Book for parents to put the names of their babies in.Parents worldwide have placed names in the book.Many have travelled to St.Paul the Apostle Catholic Church in Tintagel, to see the entries concerning their baby and family.Every year the couple arrange an annual Mass to thank God for the lives of all the babies.This year they launched a search for prayers in Cornish to say at the Mass.They have three prayers which have been specially written for them.Anyone who has lost a baby is welcome to attend the Mass and they will be made most welcome.For those who can`t come,they can have the names of their babies entered into the memorial book.They have oÂnly to email:mimimyke@v21mail.co.uk with the details of their baby.The Mass will be celebrated at 1800hrs oÂn Saturday 14th August At Tintagel Catholic Church.For more information about the support and help Myke & Miriam give please check out the Miscarriage & Infant Loss Memorial Book oÂnline at http://beehive.thisiscornwall.co.uk/miscarriagememorialbook    |
