Penhale Sands, at Perranporth, is private Ministry of Defence property but has become notorious as a venue for ‘cottaging’ - a place where homosexual men search for partners. Army cadets as young as 12 said they were frightened when a grown, naked man pursed them. Police say they will arrest anyone conducting lewd behaviour. |
