Penzance Ladies' Premier League challengePenzance have a busy weekend ahead, as they entertain two London sides in less than 24 hours. They host a Premier League team at Penlee Park for the first time ever, as they welcome former professional outfit, Fulham, for a Saturday evening (August 4th) kick-off at 8pm. Second up are a former Premier League side, Enfield Town, who kick-off at 12.45 on Sunday lunchtime. Although Fulham were relegated from the National Division last season, they only lost two players and have attracted a massive ninety new players to training sessions. A large number of quality youngsters and senior players have joined from Charlton, Chelsea and Reading, as well as Fulham Academy. Ann-Marie Heatherson signs from Charlton, having made 14 appearances for their first team last season and former Addick, Susannah Abbott transfered from Reading Royals, Emma Whymark from AFC Wimbledon. |
