The Garden Room is detached and is situated behind Bramble Cottage and has countryside and meadow views. It has a lovely rustic feel and simply decorated. It has its own private outdoor area with furniture and the cooking facility is an electric stove for outside use only, which is under shelter. TV with full Sky access including, Cinema, Sky & BT sports and Netflix. Shower and WC room is separate and is adjoining the Garden Room. We are located in a pretty village Hamlet called Rose and is close to Perranporth and its 3 mile golden sandy beach. Perranporth is a few minutes drive or a 20 to 30 minute walk which has a footpath alongside the main road. We are 5 minutes walk from the bus stops which run a regular and reliable service to any local destination. There are many places of local places of interest to visit and wonderful coastal and countryside walks.

We love to host and share our beautiful surroundings and give everyone their own space to enjoy their break, whilst being on hand should any help or information be needed.

The Garden Room is in a Hamlet. The nearest shop is in Goonhavern approx one mile away where there is also The New Inn Pub and Bay Tree cafe/restaurant which both serve very good food. There are plenty of bars in Perranporth, including the Watering Hole, Waterfront which are only a 5 minute drive away The surrounding areas are rural and very pretty and there are many beaches and coves to explore. The West Coast has dramatic coastal views. Cornwall has a huge amount to offer for everyone of all ages and abilities and is a beautiful place to visit.
