The Rebel Cinema is an independent family-run cinema showing all the latest big-screen releases. It is the only cinema serving this part of North Cornwall and is located in the surprisingly rural location of Poundstock a few miles south of Bude.
The cinema was purpose built as a single screen cinema back in 1988 but upgraded to two screens in 2014 along with a complete refurbishment. The Rebel cinema now boasts not only comfy seats but Digital 3D projection equipment and the latest surround sound systems.
As you would expect all the usual refreshments and (of course) popcorn are available in the foyer. The cinema is accessible and fitted with loop induction systems for the hard-of-hearing.
