Why do all the cornish events have to look so scruffy?

They definitely need to do away with the robes, perhaps a suit and a special hat, trilby with black and gold motif, would be better. rofl

Still see this event as embarrassing for all cornish people under 50 and over 8. Look at the poor girls, you can read ther minds 'OMG, I like hope no one from school like sees me' and now there on interweb

Q What are the auld ones doing in the dancing bit of the videos, dressed as Bal maidens? is this some rip of irish dancing, I note that they don't move there arms like irish dancing, which is a bit weird, see as irish dancers use to move their arms until the catholic priest had it stopped in victorian times because it was too sexual (to move the arms).
