Or why not concentrate on the matter at hand?!
We have two years left until the census and from now until then we need to make it clear to everyone of Cornish nationality that they can legaly record their ethnicity as such.
Imagine if people knew about this! Last time people didn't and we still got 37,000. I dont think 200,000 would be to unreasonable in 2011.
The CFF has regretably failed and we need to move on and start on the next challenge.

Tragic isn’t it? How well meaning projects are just tossed aside without
the by your leave, surely there is going to be an investigation, so the same
thing or similar will not happen again?
Or is this another one of those, well we tried, it is better to have tried and failed
than not to have tried at all.
No I didn’t contribute.

YC, I am delighted to say that I agree with every one of your points made in the above reply to my posting, although sorry to note that you previously dismissed my point of view as, apparently, unattainable. 
What you observe as 'missing', is certainly the core Cornish problem and 'what is missing' needs to be organised, coordinated and promoted by someone with no 'directly involved' political axe to grind, and capable of drawing interested parties together to form a consensus for action, and a single authoritative voice for Cornwall. If that is your vision, then you should be called 'Young Arthur'! 
Given that scenario: How would you arrive at a consensus for Census2011 action – given that we have less than 2 years to achieve it – and how would you action (and control) it?

Given that scenario: How would you arrive at a consensus for Census2011 action – given that we have less than 2 years to achieve it – and how would you action it?
Get out on the doorsteps win hearts and minds, draw people together
if they have a different views so be it, respect their views don’t try to
browbeat them into your way of thinking, be prepared to return, leave
on a good note, have a duplicate copy of the census form and show them
where on the form they can write Cornwall if they wish to do so.
Keep away from any name with the word “Fighting” in it, it is a turnoff for
the unexpected, it is best to use something a little more mellow such as
“The Cornish Voice” or something along those lines.
This can all be done on an individual basis with very little expense,
but I would recommend you go door to door in twos.

Cornwall is not recognised as a nation so how can you have a Cornish nationality? It is an adminsitrative county of England.
Typical Labour also pandering to gypsy types.

YC, you appear to have missed the main issue that I had edited into my final sentence, namely, "how would you action (and control) it?".
What I was hoping for was not an already known formula for change, but more of a plan of action that would be directed and controlled by an independent spirit (or spirits). As it stands, it seems, to me at least, to be more of the same uncoordinated enthusiasm on a whim.
I must, however, maintain my original point that this is unnecessary, with regard to Census2011, because we have yet to 'encourage'  the statutory authority to carry out its statutory duty – the least effort, in fact, to achieve the best result, imho!

First it is best to get a census of opinion and find out what the people of
Cornwall really want, I take it this is the soul purpose of your actions to serve
the people of Cornwall’s need?
There is no power like people power, if enough make there needs know
it will be sure to attract some Politian who would love to capitalise on it
It is those who want to do it for their own gratification and not for the people
that are always a problem
