In 1872, the Welsh invented the condom, using a sheep's bladder.
In 1873, the Cornish improved on this invention, by taking the bladder out of the sheep.

In 1790, an Englishman designed the toilet seat.
In 1792, the Cornish developed it further, and put the hole in it.
