hello to everyone i have a 3 bed eot in penzance cornwall, the house has large front room and kitchen which can fit dining table and chairs, off the kitchen is a shed and enclosed back garden with decking area. we have parking at front of property and enclosed garden, the estate has 32 homes and is nicely laid out not overcrowded. two of the bedrooms fit double bed and have built in closets, the third room is a single and can fit a bed dressing table and chest of drawers. the bathroom is a decent size and the house is well laid out, we have great friendly neighbours, we are 10 min walk to pz town and have good schools and college nearby ,we are also 5 min walk from the new leisure centre.i am hoping to stay local to pz and am looking for a four bed property or 3 bed with separate dining room or garage or outside space to turn into extra bedroom i would consider truro falmouth or cambourne if the right property came along |
