Bryn Posts: 13 Posted: 26.Jul 2005 - 23:12	I understand being a united kingdom has allowed to fight off the nazti threat and other invasions but the forming of the union is a sham The England and Wales union didn't acknowledge welsh rights or its flag The Act of Union between England and Scotland was created by greedy fat cats in London and Edinburgh not to create a equal rights britain but to crush the Highland and Gaelic way of life oppress it if you like So while waving the union flag now seems ok back then to the celts it was a sign of brutal oppression

Angry mobs are reported to have roamed the streets of Edinburgh shouting "English dogs"! After the Union the name Scotland ceased to exist. If you look at maps from the time, you will see it called North Brittain.
