I see there are stamps being printed with landscapes of England on them. Looks like they've decided Cornwall isn't part of England as there's no landscapes from across the Tamar.

QuoteEngland Presentation Pack

Royal Mail's British Journey series started in 2003 in Scotland, continued through Northern Ireland, Wales and South West England, ending its travels in selected areas of the rest of England. Throughout the journey, James Phelan and Lisa Barker have captured the essence of Britains varied and dramatic landscapes in a series of stunning photographs. The images all have one thing in common, no sky is ever present. Instead the photographs explore the country in terms of colours and textures of the land.

The Wheal Coates stamps were issued last year and very popular here. St Agnes post office kept re-ordering and re ordering them, but were told last month that the issue had now finished and they could have no more.

There were those who would not use them as the legend was 'St Agnes South-west England' not Cornwall.

Personally I think the stamp was a bit brown and boring, I have seen much better pictures, the whole reason Towanroath is used on pictures is because it looks good with heather gorse and blue sea.
