Result

Kernow 23 - 32 Gloucestershire

Gloucestershire were all over Kernow and far too strong even with two men in the sin bin. Kernow played well in the last quarter but too little too late i'm afraid.

Tomorrow Hertfordshire play Kernow in a game we MUST win to stay in the competition. We want Devonshire to beat Gloucestershire to really leave it open and us in with a chance to win the pool. I believe that the Devonians will beat Gloucestershire as they are looking really on the ball, and i think they are determined to make it a hat trick of County Championship titles, which to be honest, i think they'll do.

FT Herts won 31-27 at Hertford. We lost the ball 3 times over the line! We are now staring relegation in the face Devon bt Gloucs 20-5. A disaster.

We are now relegated, there is no way we will beat Devonshire, they are too strong and are on their way to a hat trick of County Champioship victories. At least next season i see us winning the shield at Twickenham and gaining promotion, we are too good for the shield.

Well red, if we can't then i feel that the Kernewek XV are on the verge of doom. If that were to happen then it'll be a very sad day for the Black and Gold and all of Kernow.

I can't understand how, with all the players that we have in Cornish teams right now, we cannot organise a decent Kernow team?

I should put that one to the CRFU! The blame lies at their door with a total lack of preperation.

Kernow 15 - 22 Devonshire.

Devonshire win to go into the County Championship final for the third consecutive year, and no doubt will retain the trophy aswell.

Kernow unfortunately get relegated to "division 2" and play in the County Shield, a very sad day for the Black and Gold and the whole of Kernow. But the lads played their hearts out and can hold their heads high with no shame as they went down fighting the experience of Graham Dawes Devonshire side.

Still, i can't see Kernow staying down too long as we are too good for that level. We will bounce back next season with winning the shield at Twickenham
