I am so glad to have been introduced to this web site. Thank you, John. You told me about Cornwall 24 because of my interest in Wales. What you did not know is that most of my ancestors actually came from Cornwall and just to the east of there. I believe there is a Nance Valley in Cornwall? Those are mine. Then, there are Goode, Penkevill, Wilkins and more. Can't think of all now.

All of that is not of import. What I hope someone can suggest is some good, well-written historical fiction about Cornwall. I do not mean simple novels with a Cornwall setting but novels surrounding true history of the area. Something like Nigel Tranter did for Scotland. Like Edith Pargeter and Sharon Kay Penman did for Wales.

If someone knows of such books, I'd surely like to hear some titles with authors. Thank you all very much. Hazel (Missouri, USA).
