Hi, I have a 3 bedroomed house in crowlas, we would like to exchange for a 3 bedroomed house in penzance or surrounding areas. We have a separate dining room. and a large bricked shed. We are end of terrace and are not overlooked by anybody, hope to hear from you soon, sue and family. icon_lol

Sue, you'll struggle to find a big estate on Scilly.

Hi sorry, I wrote it wrong, I meant I didnt want to move to any big estates anywhere. icon_redface The scillys sound brilliant, but dont know anything about the travelling to and from penzance, as my kids go to school and college in penzance and dont want to change schools.

Im also looking for work, but am finding it hard to get employment icon_frown
Anyone have any ideas :?:

thanks and merry xmas to everyone

I don't understand this at all. FFS how far is Crowlas from Penzance, it's just down the road. In fact I would have thought that Crowlas would have come under "surrounding area of Penzance" as you state in your post.

Hi, no need to swear!!! I would like a bigger garden and also, my kids would like to move closer to their friends, also, I dont drive and the bus fares seem to be going up and up, our doctors surgery is in marazion, and there are no buses to there from crowlas!! sorry if that does not make sense to you, but if I am not very happy here, surely it would make sense to exchange with someone who would like it here!!

Fair enough but to me Crowlas IS a surrounding area of Penzance. Although it was not my main occupation I did drive a taxi based in Penzance for a while. Believe me Crowlas is paradise compared to Trenere, Gwavas Estate, Roscadghill Park which is where the main bulk of council housing exists. The estates either side of Alverton Post Office are not too bad though. However I can't think anyone would want to move from the nicer areas of Penzance but you may get takers from the estates I mentioned.
