Contact the Council of Europe BEFORE 20th Feb to protest about the Cornish not being included in the UK government's 2nd report on the Council of Europe's Framework Convention for the Protection of National Minorities. The UK government say the Cornish are excluded from the Convention. The Cornish are the only UK indigenous language group, UK Census 2001 group, and UK ethnically monitored group, to be specifically targeted in this way and the Cornish are also the only UK indigenous group to be refused the tick box option on the next 2011 UK Census.
