The meeting last week between members of a marginalised minority and the Council of Europe was private.

The Government should not be privy to the names of those attending and it should not be permitted to know what was said. This is the nature of meetings between minorities and the C of Eu.

Who needs MI5 planting bugs in meeting rooms when idiots post sensitive information all over the public domain?

I feel sure that Sentinel must mean last Thursday.

The problem, as I see it, is that nothing should be published unless the participating individuals have been given the opportunity to verify and give their permission to what is being attributed to them!

STOP THE CORNISH GENOCIDE!- The existence of divergent views occur because the lies and deception have a more profoundly negative, and contrived, consequence for the Cornish people than for anyone else within the UK.

I presume that the people involved all know each other, they all met up at the same place for the same event etc. Someone really should have brought up the issue of how and what was going to be reported on the various websites and forums where this matter has been quite a hot topic.

Not everyone new each other and the meeting was a learning process about each others views, but that is not the issue! I feel sure that some would not have been happy for their contributions to be publicly reported without having the opportunity to verify its accuracy or, indeed, opting out of its publication.

The issue of publication should have been brought up, but was not. Therefore, notwithstanding the point made by Sentinel, the professional approach should have been to seek verification and permission.

I would suggest that anyone who objects to this document being put up on the CSP website should contact the CSP and take up the matter with them. One would be lead to believe that all parties mentioned in the summary had provided that information and agreed on it beforehand. If that is not the case then the CSP need to consider these matters more in the future before releasing documents to public view.

Agreed, but pro-activity is the key on this at the moment. I attempted to send you a PM but not sure if it worked?
