Now that there is no longer any fox hunting there cannot be a foxhunting season either can there?

I take it then that these new forms of hunting can continue all year round.

This actually shows how sick hunters really are.
The reason why there is a hunting season is so that mother and pregnant foxes can have time off to breed and be left alone; this is one of the virtues of hunting - respect the folly in times of need.
But not Countrysider, he wants to kill and menace things all year round.

Ermm.. either a half witted attempt at a joke, or a true indication of how dumb he is. Guesses?

Ex-BBC prsenter Robin Page has set up a pressure group called the Countryside Against the London Olympics, which will attempt to spoil London's 2012 bid as revenge for the hunting ban.... Page is also planning to write to the International Olympic Committee to tell them how our government has abused it's powers.

Mmmmm, has Mr Page finally lost the plot. Talk about having a tantrum. So far as I am aware, no small furry animals are savagely ripped to pieces in the olympics.

Actually, I think that image was originally from www.b3ta.com (hotlinking aside) and credit should be given to whoever did it.
