Marazion Beach and Red River
Looking out over 'Red River' as it flows across Marazion Beach. As you can see it isn't very red any more - it was originally named because of discolouration from mining spoil.
Oh, and there's St Mic...
Marazion Beach
The western end of Marzion Beach as it blends into Longrock beach and curves around to Penzance in the distance...
Broken Down Old Hut
I believe Stonefly posted a photo of this same old broken down old building a couple of years back.
Anyway, here it is again!...
I forgot to say, here is the website I've put up, I'm working on making it better but time is limited (need to spend more time with the wife), adding photos of graffiti I've personally cleaned in Cornwall. It's a free website because I'm trying to keep costs down.
Art, the same as many other things is about personal opinion. I dare say that your view of Art is different to many others Hubis. I think that you need to be careful not to make it into a personal vendetta. It's like TV, if you do not like what you are watching you can turn off or over. If you do not like an Artist then you don't have to view his/her work. If there are people who like his work, surely it is their right to view it, the same as is yours not to.
Hubris, apart from trying to force your opinions on what Art is, what have you contributed to anything? A simple question to which the answer might be of interest to the contributors to this Forum.
Wordplay my friend. It is YOUR opinion, like I said, if others think of what you think is not Art as Art then you are trying to force your opinion. No matter which way you try to use Language to justify what you are doing it is the same thing. Maybe you should channel your energy into something more relevant to Peoples asperations, Charity Work perhaps. Instead of taking an I am right, you are wrong, position, on something that is all about personal choice.
