Your above comment clearly demonstrates your level of lack of understanding and compassion regarding the real problems regarding institutional homophobic attitudes in cornwall and its negative affects upon gay people.
and i'm only a teenager, but with better understanding than you demonstrate
PS. just why have you had (by your own admission on here) personal contact with the DC police officer you have mentioned previously. I have been told he is an officer who deals with sex offenders and allegations of sexual offences, please elaborate on your involvement with him, i'm interested?

You know, there were lots of Police in Truro today and the Police were mingling with the crowd.
What understanding are you talking about?
All I need to know is what I saw today with my own eyes. Everyone mingling in a social setting in Truro.
So when i watched two of my gay friends get punched bottled and kicked in the head for no reason. Then Cornwall police help the drunk assailants get in a taxi and then helston police threaten the gay victims to shut up and later with prosecution. As happened on Flora Day 2006.
or am I am being too sensitive?
When police swore at me, forced me to partly strip in a chapel, go through my landladys shopping, are rude to my landlady who is in her 70's. Police physically forced me to go to a shop, acuse me of stealing, dont give me a search form. Police admitted it was just because i had blue hair. They did catch the real thief, but they never appologised to me.
or am I am being too sensitive?
Twice Police have refused to take a witness statement from me because i am gay. That has happened twice now on two different times other than those above.
or am I am being too sensitive?
When cornwall police bully and lie about my gay friends, but do nothing when they are attacked because they are gay
or am I am being too sensitive?
As a gay person I cannot be a worse parent than my own straight heterosexual mother.
She left me living on the streets of helston at 15yrs old. I live with a gay family now and it is better than when I lived with those I am related to by birth. No violence.
or am I am being too sensitive?
I should be allowed to live and share my life with who ever I choose and who chooses me
or am I am being too sensitive?
Homophobia: it is a very nasty illness of those afflicted by diminished compassion and lack of understanding or empathy for other people
