a) Good grief, I live four miles from Helston. In your thinking, does that mean every pupil who attends Helston School, but does not live within the town boundary, not qualify to have an awareness of the town?
b) There is NO WAY given your habit of effectively stalking gay persons on social websites & the overt & unwelcome advances you previously made upon friends of mine at the beach day (2007), that I would provide you with names of 'gay' former pupils of Helston school. Sufice to say I can name at least eight gay/bi former students and (chuckle) they would not thank me for the introduction (or in some cases re-introduction, as you ARE already known by reputation, to them), lol.
c) Yes, 2006 Flora Day WAS violent. Three seperate homophobic incidents observed that evening alone. The esculated problem was that police ignored the 'True Vision' (which they are signed up too as a force)statement & Crown Prosecution policy on reported 'homophobic incidents'. If you have not read either of these definitions of what constitutes a 'homophobic incident', I suggest you do.
d). The other person assaulted stated to police (whilst still lying bleeding on the ground), that it was a homophobic assault. The expression 'F*cking Queer' had been used during the assault.
I personally identified both the drunken assailants to police, who then let them leave the scene in a taxi. I then drove the other victim to West Cornwall hospital for x-rays & stiches.
The police officer responce & stated, and I quote "Shut up, be quiet, you do not want to say that"
The following day when I voluntarily went to give a written statement at Helston police station, the same officer at first REFUSED to take my statement, then threatened if I continued to press for the assault to be investigated he would prosecute the other victim for 'affray'. I do not give into bullies easily, especially when they are homophobic police bullies!
There were numerous gay/bi witnesses to the assault, (most of whom I can still name and identify) most of whom felt to intimidated by the hostile reaction of the Cornwall police to give a witness statement.
e) These are just 'some' of the reasons I KNOW Cornwall police to be homophobic.
• “I am personally aware as a witness to a DC police officer who committed perjury in a Civil Crown Court against a gay person.
• The same police officer also said ‘anal sex was always an act of sexual violence’ in a court of law against a gay person, which was accepted by the court.(The same judge condemned gay equality and HIV/AIDS awareness campaigning as ‘Evangelical Proselytising’, the same judge also implied age of equal consent at 16 came into effect in 2004…when in fact it was 2001).
• A local community police officer who told a gay victim of a brutal serious violent assault in Helston, Cornwall, to ‘shut up, be quiet, you don’t want to say that’, when the victim informed the police officer he thought it was a homophobic assault.
• The same police officer then threatened to charge with affray, a gay victim (hospitalised) after violent assault, if complaint of assault made by either two LGBT victims.
• I know a police Sergeant who obstructed information to a gay person how to make a formal complaint against police.
• Another police Sergeant, now an Inspector, tried to obstruct disclosure by a gay person of defence statements to police prosecution.
• Another police officer lied about a signature in a pocket book to try to cover up police misconduct against a gay person.
• Yet another police officer who lied and failed to deliver ALL legally entitled court paperwork to a gay victim of police homophobia.
• A police Inspector who stated in a letter spreading rumours a gay person had HIV/AIDS (when they did not have HIV/AIDS) was not harassment.
• The same Inspector stated in a letter screaming of homophobic abuse in the streets was not harassment of a gay person.
• A Detective Constable who participated in attempted blackmail of a homeless vagrant 15yr old gay youth living rough on the streets of Helston, this recorded on tape.
• Then there were two police officers carried out a partial strip search on a gay youth in a public place and failed to follow home office guidelines on “stop and search”. The youth a witness in another case AGAINST police officers for misconduct. The same police rude to an elderly pensioner witness in defence of the gay youth. The youth’s complaints ignored by police of misconduct.
• A Detective Constable who tried to mislead a court of law as to ownership of a property and who acted upon entirely homophobic allegations against a gay person.
• A Detective Constable who threatened a seized computer (later returned) would be wiped of information. The same police officer failed to return seized property to a gay person within an acceptable time line resulting in destruction of two gay owned businesses. The same police officer refused a gay person access to an LGBT diversity officer.
• A Detective Constable failed to finalise a case, leaving a gay victim of homophobic abuse on the police computer as a suspect.
• Custody officers failed to enable a gay person held in custody any food for in excess of 7 hours and tried to bully a gay person when their property went missing whilst detained by the police.
• A police Inspector lied about identity of two police officers who made un-logged visit to a gay person’s home. This combination of police abuses and violations subsequently drove a gay person to attempt suicide.
...and there is a great deal more than this short list.
f) Numerous emails from myself and other lgbt activists & campaigners remain unreplied too by the pride organisers, plus a viscious personal attack by one of the promoters upon myself and refusal to engage in dialogue with those lgbt persons with actual experience of institutional homophobia from the VERY organisations (like police & Cornwall County Council), being embraced, at the exclusiuon of lgbt persons by the organisers.
Peter Midwood does not speak, neither do I on the video, we have no sound recording facility, but his contribution is evident & clear, plus it is pretty difficult to get six box files of correspondence, statements & witness evidence into a 3-4min video.
Although, I have given two & a half hours of verbal recorded witness statement to the Criminal Policy Research department of Kings College University (regarding Cornwall police homophobia), who are conducting investigation into the effectiveness of the Independent Police Complaints commission on behalf of the Government National Audit office.
...and finally, err, what did you say 'YOU' had contributed to (lgbt) gay equality, civil rights advancement & or HIV/AIDS treatment, care & prevention in Cornwall
...I think I must have missed it in your last statement.

Do not want to say what exactly?
