Egloshal whek,
I must offer you my thanks and praise for providing the Revival with your audio podcasts, Radyo an Gernewegva and Nowodhow an Seythen. These resources are almost unprecedented in Cornish and, I suspect, will turn out to be more significant than even you might have imagined when you first launched them.
The first, and most obvious, benefit they bring is, of course, to offer us music, news and discussion about a wide range of topics, from a Cornish perspective and in the Cornish language. There may even be the beginnings of a Cornish soap like the Welsh Pobol y Cwm with 'Jorj [sic?] ha Samantha'!
As is well known, podcasting can provide a community with a low-cost, low-tech, low-hassle 'samizdat' alternative to having their own (government licensed) radio station. With the possibility of video podcasting at some time in the future, it could even add the equivalent of Pellwolok Kernow! (*Podwolok Kernow, martesen?!) Are we witnessing the infancy of Corforeth Kernewek Podlesans perhaps?
A second, and slightly less obvious, benefit of your podcasts is that they bridge the whole snakepit of orthographic controversy. Or rather, they avoid it almost completely, as usually there ain't no spelling in audio material.
Finally, they provide a growing archive --almost 6 hours to date-- of good quality recorded Cornish, spoken and sung by a wide range of speakers. Given that those who are interested in learning Cornish are widely scattered around Britain, and the rest of the world, many will be forced (like me) to learn largely on their own, in the absence of classes in their locality. These podcasts help to turn our Cornish from largely a read-and-written experience into a heard-and-spoken one as well.
On a personal note, when I was living in North Wales, I used to have Radio Cymru on all day as 'audio wallpaper' while I was working. This complemented my book- and class-based learning, by allowing me to soak up huge amounts of spoken Welsh, without having to consciously study it.
In a similar way, I've set up playlists of all the Cornish MP3 files in my collection, and have them playing in the background while I work on my computer. Although this ad hoc 'Radyo Kernow' relies more than most stations on 'repeats', there's a steady influx of new material each week to freshen things up.
In addition to your files, there are also ones from a few other sites:

The eighth edition of R-an-G is now online. Tell all your friends whether they speak Cornish or not. Great music from Dalla, Cam Kernewek, Alan Pengelly, Skwardya etc.
Also look out in the West Briton on Thursday for big article about it.
