TV boss speaks out at French policy towards Brittany The interview has appeared in a premiere Breton magazine. Patrick le Lay, the Breton chief of France’s main TV channel TF1, hit the French headlines following a frank interview with 'Bretons' magazine. It's stupid, an insult to people in counries where true genocide is happening, and hjust makes their cause look like a bit of a farce really. Oh, and for christs sake don't ever ask them for an example of this "cultural genocide!
