Porthchapel Beach in the Springtime

View down to Porthchapel beach on a beautiful spring afternoon with the flowers in bloom. There are bluebells, sea campions and I think I can see a bit of sea thrift too.

Porthchapel is located just around the corner from the better known Porthcurno beach. As well as being much smaller, Porthchapel is also considerably more difficult to get down to. You can just about make out where you scrabble down the cliffs at the far end of the beach.

Just like Porthcurno the water here is a special turquoise and the sand a lovely shade of white.
