I suppose it doesn't really matter where it is and when it was taken. What does matter is it is a particularly nice sunset over one of Cornwall's beautiful beaches. If you look closely you can see a few surfers catching the final waves of the day.
In case you are wondering, this is the far end of Praa Sands beach which is also known as Hendra.
