Of course he's not coming here again - having broken his oh, so, sincere promises to Cornwall, he knows very well he'd get it in the neck. Not to mention his violation of our historic border. Where's our Minister for Cornwall? He took political advantage by appointing a Shadow Minister for Cornwall when in opposition (shadowing who?), promised us a Minister, and he has no excuse not to deliver in this coalition when he has Andrew George and Dan Rogerson at his disposal. And that's just the tip of an iceberg that's ready to roll on him.
