Powers should be with the communities and regions firstly, and when it is in the best interests of communities to centralise powers, (defence etc) then that's sensible, but now here in the UK we have countries and regions struggling to regain powers that should naturaly be theirs.

Hi, TMR, i was just out in my hut in the garden and noticed my old board game "The Magic Robot" up on a shelf.  It's a plastic robot with a pointer that always points to right answer.

There is a problem with logging in and passwords, this is my fourth new password this week.  I was unable to log in at all with the last three either with IE8 or Firefox - it always said "Invalid password".

The Committee conclude that the Barnett Formula is no longer fit for purpose and that reform is overdue.


I saw Barnett on the TV years ago, he was saying that the formula was only supposed to be short term, and was surprised that it was still in use.
