Yet another bank holiday?

Post by Palores » Sat May 14, 2011 7:45 am

I have just heard on the radio that an MP put forward a bill to make St George's day (April 23) a bank holiday in England.
He then amended his idea to make St David's day (March 1) a bank holiday in Wales. No mention was made on the radio of St Piran's day (March 5). The draft bill was then withdrawn by its proposer so that consultations could take place.
Is there trouble ahead here, or is it an opportunity to be seized?

Most definitely!

TGGFor The (Real)Reason Why!
They declare their Cornishness with pride
Whilst oblivious to our genocide
That England imposes
With smiles and Red Roses
Where the innocents, so gullibly, reside.

We all need to jump on this one asap. Contact MP's and Council for a start.
