The minister in question is still attempting to navigate their way across the Amazon.
Everyone, Cornish or otherwise, has their own particular part to play. No part is too great or too small; no one is too old or too young to do something.

Apparently they've sent the minister for Common Sense, Morals & Ethics, to see if he can find him. He is expected to take at least 4 Parliamentary sessions, with the possibility that it may well take a bit longer than that. On his return, there is expected to be a full public enquiry, held in camera, at the end of which, the whereabouts of the Minister for Cornwall will be announced. The full details will be made publicly available after 150 years, just in-case someone connected is still alive, or longer, if there is deemed to be information that could be detrimental to the public purse. It will, of course, have to be security checked first, wouldn't want just anyone knowing the whereabouts of a government Minister now, would we.

So, in reply to your original question, we should have an answer some time before Beelzebub is forced to invest in a winter coat and fur lined boots, but may have to wait for him to purchase some thermal underwear first.

I'm disappointed. I expected at least one committee, and three sub-committees generating six working parties, etc., etc. They're slacking.

I'm sorry, I gave you the abridged version.

Don't expect either Cameron or Osbourne to get to emotional over this issue.
