English rules of succession

Post by Stephen Richardson » Tue Dec 04, 2012 11:15 pm

Can any of the experts on the Duchy Charters shed any light on what would happen if Kate has a daughter and then a son?

Is the Duke of Cornwall the heir to the English throne or the first male son of the English monarch?

Could it be that in the future the Duke of Cornwall would not be the heir to the English throne?

What mechanism will the EIS put in place to stop this paradox?
When one person suffers from a delusion it is called insanity. When many people suffer from a delusion it is called religion.

Some of the answers to your post are on this wiki page . The Sovereign Act of 2011 has been slipped in unnoticed!!

Just noticed, and added, this news item but unsure how that will fit in with the wording of the Charter and the Act that preceded it.

They declare their Cornishness with pride
Whilst oblivious to our genocide
That England imposes
With smiles and Red Roses
Where the innocents, so gullibly, reside.
