UKIP have polled about 25% of votes right across the country. As the national turnout was 25% that represents (if my maths is correct) about 6% of the vote.
They have no credible fiscal policy and no party whip. They are irrelevant!

Great to see Alec Robertson and Morwenna Williams thrown off, though! But the worst result is the election of the developers' friend, Tim Dwelly. He'll need watching very closely.
So two bad eggs out and one bad egg in. And that's councillors that you know Marhak. Almost without question you can guarantee one thing: NO OVER-ALL CHANGE. Which has been the same all my life. There's a lesson here that no one wants to learn.
