The Duchy as a Trust for Cornwall!

Just received, from "Save Cornwall", and passed on for the edification of others. A excellent site with many interesting observations. Please pass on to friends and other interested parties.

The Duchy as a Trust for Cornwall

TGGFor The (Real)Reason Why!
STOP THE CORNISH GENOCIDE! -
They declare their Cornishness with pride
Whilst oblivious to our genocide
That England imposes
With smiles and Red Roses
Where the innocents, so gullibly, reside.

 Lord Berkeley's Bill

2(3): 'The assets and property of the Duchy of Cornwall shall be transferred to and
shall vest in a public trust for the benefit of the people of Cornwall and the Isles
of Scilly.'

 Passage of Lord Berkeley's Bill through House Of Lords

Good to see Lord Berkeley grasping and running with the baton - may he maintain his stamina
and hang on to it until he reaches the logical egalitarian 21st Century non-feudal finishing line...

TeamKernow wrote:Of course if the Duke Of Cornwall makes an authoritative statement on the true constitutional status and extent of influence on Cornish affairs of the Duchy Of Cornwall or arranges for all his assets and incomes in and derived from the Duchy Of Cornwall to be put into trust in perpetuity for the benefit of all the people of the Duchy Of Cornwall or does or says anything constructive for the benefit of the people of the Duchy Of Cornwall that doesn't involve suffocating the landscape with yet more concrete for yet more personal profit, 'ABSENTEE DUKE NEWS' may need an update or two prior to his next EMMET-STYLEY FLYING VISIT.

Watch this space...

By the way....The Absentee Duke, when over in England (i.e.mostly),
is HIS OWN TENANT!

Do you think the Charles Saxe Coburg Gotha Mountbatten ' Windsor ' could manage on a Civil List allowance + the usual perks if that were so?
