Female footie is increasingly popular in Cornwall, with about 30 women's teams and girls sides for most age-groups. The season is now over but teams continue with summer tournaments, with pre-season training beginning for most in July.
Most clubs will not only be seeking new players but also coaches, managers, administrators and general helpers.
If you are interested in becoming involved with a club, call the Jaipur Cornwall League Press Officer, Wilf Frith, on 01736 874689, or email him at pzladiesfc@btinternet.com
There are teams from Penzance to Torpoint and Bude to Mullion.

I dont play I'm afraid, but I know several who do. It seems to be growing in interest around here.
