Evertype admonished:
I should be grateful to you if you would not put words into my mouth or speak about what I do or do not recognize.
I can make my own judgements without your help, and I can choose to make them public here or not, as I prefer.
I apologise unreservedly, Evertype. I should not have done that.

It was wrong of me to assume that you might see any similarity whatsoever between the unreasonable appraisal of Alys and Marhak's stream of negative comments which followed, almost immediately, the post from the Kowethas about their book - you know, his suggestion that they had actively 'sought an endorsement' from 'an Englishman that knew nothing about Kernow'. And that it was a 'very hollow' endorsement, and that it was 'simply a popularist move'. Oh, and the subsequent drivel about how they might ask "English Heritage" or Dot Cotton or Jonathan Woss or Anne Robinson to endorse their next publication.

Actually it was quite absurd to think you might have seen some similarity.

So I should be grateful if you would accept my apology. No harm done, I'm sure.
Marhak reasonably asked:
If, "Pieter", you 'don't think that Keith is at all unreasonable (sic)', why are you not "stalking' him, too? Or is it your habit to apply double standards?
I think you misread my response, Marhak. I didn't say that I 'don't think 'Keith' is at all unreasonable'. I said 'I don't think 'Keith' is at all reasonable'.
There are essentially two reasons why I'm 'not "stalking" him, too'.

The first is that he is not a well-known figure in the Cornish community whose opinions and assertions are often taken at face value and without question. I doubt whether many people take much notice of what he writes.
And the second is that you, GanOw and Evertype do a very good job of "stalking" him yourselves.

Under the circumstances he is best ignored, just as provocative posts from SalaciousCrumb and Goky and Carrek and.
wherever possible (unless they go far too far), GanOw and Evertype and myself are ignored by just about everyone.

So the circumstances are very different, and there are no double standards operating here.
Marhak went on:
And don't you think your erroneous assumption, stated as "fact", and ascribed to Evertype, is a prime example of your
fantasies?
Yes I do.
It's not acceptable behaviour is it?
So Evertype rightly took me to task over it.
Just as I take you to task over it every time you do it. Time, after time, after time, after time, after time.
However, as you now appear to be able to recognise this behaviour in others we can only hope that it's just a matter of time before you'll be able to recognise it in yourself and deal with it.
It's my view that just about everybody involved in the Revival will heave a sigh of relief when you do, regardless of their orthographic background.

Right. I accept that. As you must accept that none of us is perfect.

It was wrong of you to assume anything about what I think. Full stop.

You're a bleddy weird freak! I wish I had time to do mental stuff like this! Time for your pill???
As long as a hundred of us remain alive, we shall never give in to the domination of the English. We fight not for glory, not for wealth nor honours but only and alone for freedom, which no good man surrenders but with his life...

You can blame Crumboy for that, he is the freak, look at it ? and what he writes, fine example he sets for the Cornish language revival.

Most of us can stand up for ourselves and don't need Viagra, Napoleon.

I told you before, Gobblin' Boy, I'm not partisan in the revival, I simply think you are a deranged, infantile little creep, desperately in need of some help. Preferably where you can be detained for a protracted period away from the rest of us.

An interestingly pertinent article on Wikepedia may shed some light on the relationship between the contemptible 'Goky' Reeves and that sagacious fowl, Salacious Crumb.
Nemesis:
In Greek mythology, Nemesis ... was the spirit of divine retribution against those who succumb to hubris (arrogance before the gods). The Greeks personified vengeful fate as a remorseless goddess; the goddess of revenge. The name Nemesis is related to the Greek word νέμειν [némein], meaning "to give what is due"
Thus, the Salutory Crumb was created solely as an instrument of Divine Retribution against The Idiot 'goky' Reeves and his hubristic arrogance -- his poor spelling, grammar and punctuation -- his floods of cretinistic logorrhoea -- the foetid effluvium that is quintessentially him.

He has chosen to sow the wind of his nihilistic trolleries, now he reaps the whirlwind that is his due Nemesis:

Salacious Crumb (bennothow re bo war y/hy hanow!)
Gwask an Orlewen
Dyller yn Kernewek Gwyr
- = - = - = - = - = - = - = -
"An Gwyr a'gas delyrf." Jow.8:32
"Dyllen dampnys kyn fen!"
