At last there is some acknowledgement in the Media that the ground issues are a cause for concern, but even now it seems they stop short of investigating the legal, moral and ethical principles - and most crucially, the frauds and contractual breach that Heaney and his cohorts have perpetrated.
If Heaney and Heaney's companies are not pursued promptly over this, ultimately the only 'beneficiaries' will be the Administator and/or the Crown. It's not right that Truro City and Cornwall have been robbed of this legacy, or that the future is put in such jeopardy as a result.
Why the cover up? There are plenty of people who know the truth and hold the evidence, whether amongst the authorities, councils, club, legal community or elsewhere. Are they all just relying on someone else to complain or bring action? Why all the pussy-footing and avoidance? They have a duty to act fast, and do the right thing for Cornwall. The likes of Kevin Heaney have done enough damage in recent times, sometimes with a 'blind-eye' being turned, and sometimes with assistance, that it's about time the people with responsibility and principles stood up to be counted - this, and only this type of stance, will help to turn the moral tide.
If they care about Cornwall, where are they?

The "errors of the previous regime" will not have been "corrected" unfortunately until TCFC has its ground back and Kevin Heaney is locked away.

The view of a Supporters' Club member from October last year; now the players are all leaving as well.

Finally, some movement in the right direction - now we have to see whether the authorities concerned are thorough, and deliver just outcomes, or whether Mr H and friends simply wriggle off their respective hooks yet again.........

Anyone like to donate Kevin Heaney a copy....? If he offers to buy one I'd be wary.

So, the arch-defenders of Heanoid 'Justice' are no more - what goes-around certainly comes-around, and not before time.
It seems that the firm is keen to put their demise down to the recession, but if you scroll down to the 'Comments' below the Link article (above), one such from 'Brolly' makes it clear that the relationship between Chris Lingard, Kevin Heaney and Truro City Football Club may have had a part to play as well - a £645,000 claim from the Club against Follett Stock Media Solutions has Heaney and fraud written all over it.
Not that anyone should be letting Folly Stock off the hook. They propped up Heaney's Emporor's-new-clothes-Empire for long enough to ruin many innocent peoples' lives and existence, so if any of you need cheering up, enjoy the Truro Grave Dance - and tell your friends - it may go viral.

Alias 'Chucky' in Plymouth it seems - and with a lucky escape under their belts, they should know!

It would have been good to see the 'Officials' in question stand up to be counted wouldn't it; instead of which they have had their heads well and truly below the parapet for years, even after finally understanding the full implications for Truro and Cornwall of what they'd done.
Everyone makes mistakes, but it takes real courage to account for them.
And isn't it about time that the public was told exactly what fraudster Heaney did, and what's being done about it? So he's bankrupted, but he's also gone to ground in true weasel fashion, and will just be tunnelling away down there - it's what he does - and he will re-imerge. This time, people in general need to be warned.
And why should he have got away with this? Should he not be accounting for his crimes? And should the people and companies alongside him, who profited at everyone else's expense also not be brought to account?
Cornwall has been so very damaged by these people and their attitudes, and it's saddening that so much is irreverable, but at least by making them account as publicly as possible now, it may prevent the possibility of similar cancers taking hold in future - so why does this just not seem to be happening?

I must hope, having studied the contents of this post, that the good members of this forum have adequate insurance against actions for defamation?
Re: Kevin Heaney
That might be a problem Phil if it wasn't all true - and for the most part in the media and other public arenas already.

Re: Kevin Heaney
Fair enough, Karma, but has Mr Heaney been convicted of any wrongdoing in any court? The same could be asked of any other individuals mentioned in this post.

Sorry, I must also add that truth is not necessarily a defence in a libel case.
