Falmouth's second beach, Swanpool. So named as there is a large lake behind that presumably at one time or another was frequented by swans?!
Located about half a mile away from the bigger (and IMHO better) Gyllyngvase beach, Swanpool sits on the very edge of Falmouth. It is still a nice little beach, with a cafe and changing huts for those who don't mind being on the waiting list for a few years!
